Gift Card

These terms and conditions apply to Pascale Masselis Gift Cards purchased online or in-store. Your purchase or the use of a Pascale Masselis gift card, whether digital or physical, constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety. Pascale Masselis reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at Pascale Masselis.com

Pascale Masselis can be used online and in our Antwerp stores. You can use the Gift Cards to pay for the full value of your selected item(s). If your purchase is not completely covered by your Gift Card you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.

Pascale Masselis gift cards are gift-wrapped and shipped upon placing your order and are available for use once you receive the gift card. You will receive the Pascale Masselis Gift Card within 5 working days from the date of order. Pascale Masselis will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery.

You are obligated to provide a correct address and email address for delivery of the Pascale Masselis Gift Card. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed Pascale Masselis reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the  Gift Cards.

Orders for gift cards cannot be canceled, as they are processed in real-time and the value is applied to the card immediately.

Your gift card can be used as payment towards your purchase in-store or online order at Pascale Masselis. Purchase totals will be deducted from the card’s overall value until it reaches zero.

• Use of your gift card in our Antwerp stores: At checkout, the available credit on your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total. If the total amount of your purchase is lower than what is available on the gift card, we will give you a new gift card with the leftover funds for later use. If the total of your order exceeds the amount on your gift card, the remaining balance must be paid.
• Use of your gift card online: At checkout, you’ll be able to enter a single use coupon code that is written on your giftcard. If you want to use only part of the gifcard for your purchase please emails us and we’ll split up your codes for your online purchase.

gift cards may not be used to purchase another gift card. Pascale Masselis reserves the right to cancel the gift card at any time if obtained illegally including through fraud.

All our Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months starting on the date of purchase following which they expire. A Gift Card cannot be used after the expiry date and any balance remaining upon expiry shall be lost. If you notice an expiry and wish to extend we offer a one-time extension of 3 months provided we receive the inquiry before the first expiry date.

Should you choose to return the product(s) purchased with a gift card, the funds will be added to a new gift card.

Pascale Masselis will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards. No gift cards can be replaced, reissued or redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied to any credit card balances. Pascale Masselis is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen gift cards.
