These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the legal terms and conditions governing (i) your use of the online and mobile website located at http//www.pascalemasselis.be and http//www.pascalemasselis.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Buttons cvba., a Belgian corporation, or one of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively referred to herein, solely for ease of reference, as “Pascale Masselis” “Company”, “us”, “our” or “we”) and, (ii) the purchase of products from the Website (“Products”). Your use of the Website and associated services (“Services”), including your purchase of our Products from the Website, confirms your unconditional agreement to be bound by these Terms and your use is subject to your continued compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or otherwise use the Website and/or the Services.

Access to sales via the e-shop is reserved for adult clients, a client is regarded as any consumer who is a natural consumer and who is acquiring the products for his own exclusive personal use.
Use of your personal information submitted to or via the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is located here (“Privacy Policy”) and is incorporated herein by this reference.
We may amend or revise these terms at any time and without notice. Your continued access and use of www.pascalemasselis.be or .com following the posting of any such changes will be deemed your acceptance of amended or revised terms.
+ - Product availabiliy
All Products shown on www.pascalemasselis.com are offered for sale subject to availability. Our website is updated regularly to ensure that our stock and quantities are accurate. However, each design is handcrafted in our own atelier and due to the nature of our products and their production, may not be available at all times. Pascale Masselis will not be liable in case of the unavailability of any Products. We reserve the right to change any product on the website at any time and remove or edit any material or content from the website without prior notice and without liability for any damages occurring from said actions.
Details about the availability of our Products are provided when you place your order. However, errors may exist, in case an order is placed for a product that is no longer available we will contact the client by email or telephone to inform you of the shortage at which time you will be invited to select another available Product on our Website as a substitution for the unavailable Product, to reproduce the product on your request or to cancel your order. Please note that if the item(s) you have ordered are no longer in stock but reproduction is possible, it can take up to 6 weeks to make and ship the design(s). As the design is handmade we cannot guarantee exact reproduction.
+ - Product pricing
Prices of our Products are indicated in Euros (€), and are deemed to include VAT but do not include delivery charges. If applicable your final total at checkout will include the delivery charges. Pascale Masselis reserves the right to modify the prices of Products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time your order is confirmed, provided the Product you ordered is available at that precise time. However, we cannot guarantee that no errors have occurred and reserve the right to reject or cancel your order for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Product ordered is not available, is incorrectly priced, and/or is incorrectly described. If Pascale Masselis is unable to contact the client, the order will be considered canceled
+ - Payment methods
Purchases made through the Pascale Masselis online store are secured through a trusted internet payment service provider. We accept Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and any other payment methods advertised on www.pascalemasselis.be and .com. All orders are payable in Euro and payment is due immediately upon placement of your order. Your order will only be shipped once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment. While you make payment of your purchase by credit card, we will offer you the opportunity for us to retain your credit card information to ease your future purchases. In the event you elect for us to retain your information, the retention of your personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy. By purchasing on www.pascalemasselis.be and .com with a credit/debit card you confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold, or solicited. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses payment we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee, which fees are your sole responsibility.
+ - Import duties
When ordering goods from Pascale Masselis for international deliveries you may be subject to the import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Pascale Masselis is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges or delays for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Pascale Masselis cannot predict the value of these charges or delays related to customs clearance. For further information on customs and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
+ - Placing your order
Products purchased from the Website may be ordered by clicking on the Products you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that will appear on your screen. Upon completing your shopping on the Website, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photograph of the Product and references, the quantity selected unit price, and the total amount owed for your order. Please check this information carefully to ensure that this summary page accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the “Place Order” button on the checkout page. After you click on the “Place Order” button, your order will be submitted for processing and you may not make any changes to or cancel the order, except as expressly provided in these terms or applicable by law. By placing an order you certify that you are an adult according to the laws of your country or state by residence and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and providing you with an order reference number (“Order Confirmation”). Please note that receipt of the Order Confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order, as further discussed below. You do, however, acknowledge that by clicking on the “Complete Order” button, you enter into an obligation to pay us for the Product(s). Where your order is accepted, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the Product has been dispatched with a tracking number for the shipment provider (“Send Confirmation”).
+ - Delivery Time
We offer free European delivery on your orders, European orders can be made through our website. for other international deliveries please contact us through email.
Your orders will be processed and shipped once a week. All deliveries will require a signature on delivery. If delivery attempts fail due to a faulty address or no one being present the goods will be returned to Pascale Masselis and the customer will be contacted to arrange further delivery, This however will be at the cost of the customer. Please note that if the design(s) you have ordered are no longer in stock, a new one / new ones will be made in our atelier, especially for you. In that case, the delivery will be shipped within 2 to 6 weeks. When items are in stock, orders should arrive within 10 workdays after we have received payment, but this may vary depending on the order & destination. Pascale Masselis is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.
All orders are delivered using insured shipping methods. Please note that products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses and we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes. You will receive the tracking information once your order is dispatched. For security reasons, items purchased through www.pascalemasselis.be will be delivered in plain outer packaging, and the signature of an adult aged 18 or above will be required upon delivery. Please ensure that you are present and able to sign at the delivery address provided when placing the order. When the goods are delivered the customer should check the items are in order and indicate any reserves they may have in writing on the delivery note. + - Product specifications
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, due to the nature of our products being unique and handmade, Pascale Masselis cannot guarantee exact reproduction. Photographs on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and information on the Website regarding the size of Products is included as a guide only. Variations between the photograph of a Product and the actual Product may occur due to technical restrictions on color reproduction or photo quality on your computer or mobile device and we cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor or mobile device will accurately display the true color or other specifics related to the Product you are purchasing. Accordingly, if you have any questions about a product, please contact us a prior to placing your order. We are happy to answer any questions and provide additional information. However, we will not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of our Products displayed on the Website.
+ - Order rejection or cancellation
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your debit, credit card or PayPal® account has been charged, in our sole discretion. Some of the reasons your order may be declined are if the Product is unavailable, if pricing is in error, if there are problems concerning credit, or if an issue of fraud is detected. We will contact you if your order is declined or if we need more information. If your order is declined we will issue a credit to your bank account, credit card or PayPal® account for any amount charged with respect to such order and notify you that your order was declined.
If you wish to cancel your order your request must be received within 12 hours of ordering. If your cancellation request is received later than 12 hours after placing the order, we cannot guarantee your request. If and when we accept the cancellation request, the customer will be notified and refunded to the payment method used on our website. Refunds may take a few days to complete, according to the policies set out by our payment processing partner.
+ - Refunds & Exchanges
Pascale Masselis wishes you to be happy with your purchases and we will accept your returned merchandise within the below-stated conditions.
You can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 calendar days following delivery at your own expense. Provided the returned product(s) are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and unworn including the authenticity certificate and safety tag. Please contact us by email before you return your item(s). When and if your request for a return is accepted we will email you a return authorization with instructions on how to return the items. You will be responsible for the items until they reach us. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return if the piece received is determined to be damaged. We are not responsible for any additional costs. Once we have received the package we can arrange an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs, refunded within 30 days).
If your order is damaged please do not accept delivery. If the damage is only noticed after delivery, photograph the damaged item and notify us by phone as soon as possible. Please note that we insure all orders against damage during transit. If this happens Pascale Masselis must be notified within 3 calendar days or the claim becomes void. Please note that international customs charges, duties, and sales tax are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community EU.
Please Note: All custom orders and special orders placed on pascalemasselis.com or through email are final sales and non-returnable. When items are re-adjusted in size or form it becomes custom-made and is non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
+ - Sizing
At Pascale Masselis we use standard European sizing. Although we will be happy to assist you in any way possible, Pascale Masselis is not responsible for the determination of your ring size. Please note that in certain designs resizing might be impossible or require a lot of work so a considerable resize charge will be invoiced.
+ - Law applicable and competent court
These terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law, should any problems arise when ordering or delivery of items sold on www.pascalemasselis.be we ask for the opportunity of seeking an amicable solution before taking legal action. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions or consequences of same will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian Courts.

Pascale Masselis is the sole owner of the websites www.pascalemasselis.be and .com. We may change the format and content of the Website from time to time, at our discretion. All site content including but not limited to logo, photographs, design, and writing is the sole property of Pascale Masselis. You may only use the Website for non-commercial use and only in accordance with these Terms. In furtherance hereof and without limitation, you agree that you only use the Website for lawful purposes (complying with all applicable laws and regulations), in a responsible manner, and not in a way that might damage our name or reputation or that of any of our affiliates. You will not (i)“scrape” content or store content of the Website on a server or other storage device connected to a network or create an electronic database by systematically downloading and storing all of the content of the Website; (ii) remove or change any content of the Website or attempt to circumvent security or interfere with the proper working of the Website or the servers on which it is hosted; or (iii) create links to the Website from any other website.
